Conversations scattered everywhere.
WhatsApp, inboxes, spreadsheets, personal phones. An important conversation happens, but the rest of the team can’t see where it stands.
CLARITY FOR GROWING TEAMS
More inquiries. More tools. Less clarity.
I help growing service businesses untangle their lead process—so you can see what came in, who’s handling it, and where every opportunity stands.
Tell me what’s not workingA short inquiry. About 60 seconds.
01 / SOUND FAMILIAR?
Your business can still make money while too much of the process depends on someone remembering what happens next.
“What is actually happening
with our leads right now?”
WhatsApp, inboxes, spreadsheets, personal phones. An important conversation happens, but the rest of the team can’t see where it stands.
The inbox owner is juggling three other jobs. Nobody is quite sure who owes the next message—or whether it was sent.
“How many leads booked?” shouldn’t require five tabs and a group chat. When an opportunity disappears, the reason should be clear.
02 / HOW I WORK
We trace how a real inquiry moves from first contact to payment. Then we compare the process with the evidence. Sometimes the answer is a clearer rule or checklist. Sometimes nothing needs rebuilding.
Tell me what feels broken and how you handle leads today. I review your inquiry before inviting you to a call.
We confirm whether the problem fits my work and the audit scope. This is a fit check, without a screen-share or free diagnosis.
Five business days to review evidence and separate what we know from what needs measurement. Fixed price: $500.
Leave it alone, measure first, make a small correction, or rebuild part of the process. You decide what happens next.
You receive a separate fixed-price proposal with the objective, included work, exclusions, testing criteria, and handover agreed upfront. The finished work is tested, documented, and explained to your team. Ongoing support is optional.
03 / BUILT FOR YOU. CONTROLLED BY YOU.
You should be able to understand what was built, make a change, or bring in someone else without starting from scratch.
Work happens inside client-controlled accounts wherever practical, with only the access the project needs.
Important processes are documented: what they do, why they exist, and where the settings live.
Practical training and organized naming make the system usable by your team and another qualified professional.
If your existing process works well, I’ll tell you to leave it alone. A useful audit doesn’t need to lead to a rebuild.
04 / SELECTED WORK
Examples of work I’ve owned, with concrete testing outcomes. No revenue multipliers or private client data needed.
A digital agency faced SMS delivery problems while navigating A2P 10DLC requirements. I owned backend registration, messaging configuration, routing logic, and opt-in and opt-out structure.
Required registrations were approved. Revised messaging configuration and routing were implemented and tested before deployment.
A service business received inquiries through multiple sources with inconsistent assignment. I owned the capture and assignment logic for supported sources, using agreed business rules.
Test inquiries entered the expected tracking process and generated the appropriate assignment actions, removing the supported manual transfer step.
A company needed to track recurring customers and failed payments without repeatedly cross-checking billing and customer records. I connected payment events, customer status, and internal follow-up.
Configured payment events produced the expected status changes and corresponding internal follow-up actions during testing.

05 / THE FOCUSED AUDIT
A diagnostic engagement that replaces assumptions with evidence before you commit to implementation.
5 business days
Tell me what’s not workingMore complex? We’ll narrow the process or agree a larger diagnostic scope before you pay.
FOUR PRACTICAL ASSETS. ONE CLEARER DECISION.
A visual map of how an inquiry actually moves through your process today—from first contact to payment or loss, based on the evidence available.
Every meaningful finding is clearly classified. Assumptions don’t become facts.
A record of what can reliably be measured today: inquiry volume, response and follow-up visibility, ownership, stage tracking, booking status, and lost reasons where the evidence supports them.
A prioritized decision document: what needs attention, what can be simplified, what to measure first, what works already, and where implementation may make sense. It also identifies what sits outside my expertise.
Before the audit starts, you complete a short intake, provide agreed access, and share a walkthrough of how your team handles an inquiry. I then validate the process, review representative evidence, and prepare recommendations. Your team typically spends about 90 minutes total in kickoff, validation where needed, and delivery sessions.
The audit is diagnosis. It does not include database cleaning, CRM migration, form rebuilding, campaign rewriting, new integrations, company reorganization, unrelated software repairs, or accounting and HR analysis. Any implementation receives its own agreed scope and price.
Your data does not need to be perfect. I can use a platform inventory, representative lead samples, available history, a team walkthrough, and limited screen-share inspection. Where evidence is missing, I record the limitation and recommend measurement first. An Unknown is a visibility gap, not automatically a fault.
I don’t need your entire customer database. Sensitive information stays limited to what is necessary, and raw personally identifiable customer information does not need to be fed into AI tools. If there isn’t enough evidence to audit responsibly, I’ll tell you.
Then we leave it alone. The audit succeeds when you can make a better decision about your time and money. You paid for clarity, not a predetermined recommendation to rebuild.
06 / START WITH THE PROBLEM
Tell me what’s happening. I’ll review your inquiry and, if it fits, invite you to a 15-minute Fit Call.
We confirm the problem, your readiness, and whether the $500 audit fits. If it does, I send the intake and payment details.
If you need better information first—or help with lead generation, advertising, or custom app development—I’ll say so.
No pressure. A clear next step.
